We have encountered a problem with the handles not threading completely through the tapped hole on the side of the shovelhead. It is important to note that the rubber handle can still function properly even if the tapped hole on the shovelhead bowl is not completely through the side wall. However, this issue seems to be limited to earlier batches of shovelheads and has not been a problem for the past few years.
