TBucket or Quartz?
In the ever-evolving world of product development and innovation, we’ve always aimed to offer the best way to consume cannabis.
While our innovation began with dry herb vaporizers like the Flowerpot and Moab, our roots go back to domeless nail dab rigs. Over the years, we’ve worked with platforms like E-Nails, Hybrids, Quartz Bangers, and more.
Now, we’ve made the decision to discontinue the TBucket dab rig. Why? Because the Moab with a 25mm quartz banger offers better performance and a more refined user experience. The Moab’s diminishing heat profile mimics torch use, which is preferred over the static heat of the TBucket.
Simplifying options helps new customers choose wisely without assuming that a higher price means a better product. Still, we want to hear from you—should we keep the TBucket?
The TBucket
- High-quality construction: Made with durable Grade 2 titanium for long-lasting use.
- Versatile: Works with various enail controllers, glass rigs, and dab dishes (quartz or SiC).
- Beginner-friendly: Simple to operate even if you’re new to dabbing.
- Flavorful vapor: Known for performance at low temps.

Quartz Banger
- Cost-effective: Less expensive than the TBucket while still high-performing.
- Premium material: Quartz is known as the best for flavor and temperature control.
- Easy maintenance: Easier to clean than titanium options.
- Great flavor: The standard for tasting concentrates.

I came to the TBucket looking for a replacement for my Liger Air, whose flimsiness ultimately made it unusable for me (I still use my original Liger). The TBucket is at least as maintainable, durable, and well-made as the Liger, and I hope to continue to use it for years. It would sadden me deeply to know that I would be unable to replace it should I somehow lose the one I have (I cannot it imagine it breaking).
I don’t like quartz bangers as they are too brittle, and I don’t find them easier to maintain than sapphire dishes (q tips work just fine for me). I really like traditional enail temp control, and I have no desire for a tapering effect in my temperature.
Please keep making the TBucket! I will sing your praises to all who will listen if you do :)
I had mine over a year and find it great. I want a quartz dish for it so I have a complete complete set of dishes for the bucket. The bucket is a statement piece it will last forever but you need a quartz dish. And glass nobs for the two screws that you use for the T-bucket for easy cleaning and looks. Have elev8 do the glass and have it as a custom set and sell it separately. this is something that I would love to see on your site. The T-bucket is for people who want something better
Is the revival of inserts coming?! You can still have the diminishing temps and have higher end surface to dab off. It also makes cleanup a breeze. Maybe you should relook into ruby/sic/ saphire cups that fit the 25mm bangers
“Why the Tbucket is the BEST way to Dab.”That article you wrote almost a year ago (September 23, 2023) pretty much sums it up. There’s a reason you’ve been getting a lot of negative feedback when you try pushing your new wireless line over the Tbucket. Get another CNC machine, hire out the work. People want the product, seems absurd to deny them. You are notorious for abandoning expensive products and by default customers. There’s absolutely no reason to stop offering it. Maybe do a limited drop, X number of units every 3 months. I bought mine I think 2 years ago and have not used anything else for dabs. My Puffco, Oura, bangers, all sit in a drawer. Wireless is a passing fad.
The TBucket is an absolute standout in the concentrate world, and I’m a huge fan of it. While Cannabis Hardware has a very impressive dry herb lineup, their concentrate options are now entirely quartz e-nail bangers, which are available from a lot of companies. The TBucket is unique—no other company makes or sells anything like it, and that’s what makes it so hard to see leave. It’s like watching Ferrari sell minivans instead of sports cars! The TBucket has a distinct design and performance that is unmatched by generic quartz bangers, and it’s disappointing to see such a one-of-a-kind product potentially replaced by something so common.
One of the features that really sets it apart is how perfectly the CH carb cap fits—this is half of the magic. The carb cap’s beautiful Cocobolo handle combined with grade 2 titanium and the slanted airhole design makes it, hands down, the best-designed carb cap out there. Mixing that with the TBucket’s 30mm dish and wide range of temperature capabilities gives you the best dabbing experience possible.
On top of that, the TBucket is incredibly easy to clean and maintain. Its modular design allows it to come apart without any worry of breaking anything, and the SiC dish is a breeze to clean as well. This combination of thoughtful design and performance is what makes the TBucket a truly superior product.
